Our farm produces USDA CERTIFIED GRASS FED Galloway beef and pure bred Icelandic lamb and mutton from which we produce delicious mutton sausage (Sweet, Chorizo Merguez, and Spicy Italian.) All beef is dry aged up to 28 days.
